My customer appreciation cards this month focus on the "Flowers of Friendship Bundle".

 The colours I used are Melon Mambo, So Saffron, Granny Apple Green on a black card stock.

Tea Bag Card my very first Blog post

 Hello Everyone

This is my first ever blog post, so here goes short and sweet

Tea Bag Card

During lock down I sent teabag cards to friends and family. It was appreciated as a nice way to connect through friendly mail.

Long time friends sent lovely comments back, so I though you might like a quick overview on how to make one or ten.

You will Need 

Any DSP (designer series paper) 10.5 x 3.5 inches scored at 3.5 and 7 inches

I used Beautifully Penned DSP

Tea Bag lol

coloured card stock Flirty Flamingo

Ribbon 12 inches

paper tape

basic white for sentiments

black ink pad

glue

Dimensionals

Brew some fun stamp set

Sweet & Treats stamp set

Hippo and Friends Dies

Instructions

1. Cut DSP to 10.5 x 3.5 inches and score  at 3.5 and 7 inches
2. Draw a line from the top of the last score line to the far bottom corner making a triangle now cut triangle away.
3. Fold the scored lines and burnish with your bone.
4. Fold the the last panel in to form a pocket and glue in place just a small line of glue.
5. Place a stripe of paper tape in the middle of the front pane; and to the back panel to hold the ribbon in place.
6. Now wrap the ribbon around the front and back panels this is help to hold the card closed
7. Cut two shapes from the Hippo and friends dies in flirty Flamingo
8. Cut two white shapes one size smaller for your sentiments of your choice
9. My sentiments came from "In your words" stamp set.
10. Stamp your sentiments and your images that you choose.
11. Colour your cup, cupcake and love heart.
12. Now your ready to layer your card.
13. Glue The Flirty Flamingo shape to the front and inside your card.
14. Glue your sentiments on top
15. Now fussy cut out your images out
16. Add dimensional to each one and stick the cupcake to the front panel and the cup and heart to the inside panel. That's it your done.
